Inventory - Stock Control

The Stock Control utilities allow you to alter the various built-in averages and statistics in Micronet. This is especially useful when you have upgraded from previous versions of the Micronet Distribution System or another accounting system where the data and history have been imported and the system averages need to be recalculated.

The utilities provided include:

• Recalculate Averages - flush your sales averages, number of months on file and number of months to average from your sales history file - refer to "Inventory - Stock Control - Recalculate Averages"
• Set Reorder Parameters - flush your recommended reorder levels for each item - refer to "Inventory - Stock Control - Set Reorder Parameters"
• Order Class Update - enter order classes - refer to "Inventory - Stock Control - Order Class Update"
• Automatic Purchase Orders - setup automatic purchasing - refer to "Inventory - Stock Control - Automatic Purchase Orders"
• First-Auto Set Class - set the recommended order class the first time - refer to "Inventory - Stock Control - First-Auto Set Class"
• Auto Set Class - check existing auto classes for any recommended changes - refer to "Inventory - Stock Control - Auto Set Class"
• Understock/Overstock Report - print a range of reports that are designed to help you manage your stock levels - refer to "Inventory - Stock Control - Understock/Overstock Report".
